To design a modern day water canteen.
Tired of going on hikes carrying a water bottle and not wanting to wear a backpack, we realized why wanted to modernize the classic canteen.
The slim profile is form fitting to the side of the body while still easily carrying 22 ounces of water. Yulex neoprene stretches over the bottle for the case. This material also doubles as a built in pocket for phones / keys and insulates the water inside. Lastly, we’ve upcycled climbing ropes from indoor climbing gyms for a gender neutral carrying strap. After a short period of time, ropes are taking off walls for safety concerns. We’ve found them nicely broken in and perfect for canteens.
